This position requires previous management experience or a very good knowledge of the trade which would enable us to train you to be a manager.
Branch managers need to be able to communicate well with all members of staff and have a positive attitude to delivering a high standard of service
in a competitive market place.

Sales Representatives
This position requires previous sales experience and although not essential a background or knowledge of the motor trade would be beneficial.
Sales representatives are given a set journey plan of existing customers and New potential customers to develop.
To be suited to this position the following credentials would be beneficial -
Good knowledge of local area

Counter Sales Parts People
This position requires good knowledge of component parts and the ability to answer trade enquires by phone and deal with customers on our trade counters.
To be suited to this position the following credentials would be beneficial-
Previous experience in the motor trade
Ability to work at a fast pace
Customer friendly attitude
Ability to work as a team member
Knowledge of local area (although not essential)

Inter Branch Stock Transfer Driver (IBST)
This driving position is a set routine of deliveries to CPA branches. It involves a timetabled run which entails delivering and picking up stock to
be distributed around our network of branches.
To be suited to this position the following credentials would be beneficial-
Ability to work to a set time table of deliveries
Ability to drive larger Transit sized van
Good knowledge of the Sussex area

Van Delivery Driver
Deliveries are made direct to Local Garages and businesses on a hourly basis.
To be suited to this position you will need the following credentials.
Good knowledge of local area ( Approx. 10 Mile radius from depot)
Responsible safe driving is a must
Ability to work as part of a team
Customer friendly attitude
